The structure and philosophy of the training courses focus not only on the literature, but also on the impact on operational decisions. In the presence of numerous sources of guidance (that often conflict), the information presented seeks to provide participants with the knowledge they need to identify whether a potential issue even applies, and if so, what analysis is required to conclude on an outcome.

Depending on class size and availability, sessions are conducted in Regus/HQ business centers or at major hotels located at convenient locations within the cities noted above. Participants will be notified of the actual locations within 30 days of the course date, or immediately upon registration.
